Dell gets acquired by a Chinese manufacturer looking to get a foothold in the US.
The prediction is that Dell will be acquired by the end of June, 2008. With the sale of IBM's consumer computer division to Lenovo, Dell will follow suit.

The wording on this stock suggestion needs to be more precise, so I recommend editing it or voting no. Even if Dell announced that it had been acquired this week there is no way the acuqisition would be completed by the proposed March 5th stock close date.
What would be a good close date, then? June?
As though Dell couldn't get any cheaper and crappier... :S
