'The Dark Knight' highest-grossing film of all time

Batman's latest bout with the Joker has had the biggest opening for a film in motion-picture history, selling an estimated $155.3 million worth of tickets.
This is a prediction that 'The Dark Knight' will become the highest-grossing film of all time (unadjusted for inflation!), either worldwide or in the US domestic market. Betting closes on 31st December 2008.

it's impossible for the dark knight to beat titanic records domestic or worldwide, though it might break the record of the lord of the rings as the second highest billion-gross movie, and domestically it has already broken the record of star wars,
the dark knight will end up 521 million approx.
and worldwide 1,200 million approx.
